The time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you, we will not cancel that appointment, that time has been set aside for us to attend to you. When you book an appointment with Beehive Hair we guarantee you this time and appoint a fully qualified and highly experienced professional to take care of your needs. Hair salons like Beehive Hair find it almost impossible to fill cancelled spots at short notice. Last minute cancellations do have a significant impact on Beehive Hair their clients and team. We have have found that the implementation of a cancellation policy is the fairest way to prevent the cost of last minute cancellations and no shows being passed on to other clients.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and as a result clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Please be aware that our evening and Saturday appointments can be booked out from six to twelve weeks in advance at times. We try to confirm appointments via phone at least 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago – that said, please do not rely on this as your only prompt. We encourage you to set up your own appointment reminder. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. If we can book another client into replace the appointment that you have cancelled there will be no cancellation fee incurred.
Less than 24 hour notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount
“NO SHOWS” may be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
To secure a specialty service such as Keratin treatments, or for any booking allocated more than 3 hours, a deposit of 50% may be required to secure the appointment. This will not be refunded if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given. For appointments scheduled after 5pm during the week or on a Saturday, a deposit of $20 may be required to secure your booking.
Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you are lost or running late, please phone us on 5444-0330. Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, or we may not be able to honor your appointment in the time remaining. It is essential that you contact us if you will be running late so that we can try to accommodate you.
